1. Orders and Fulfillment
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically and sent for production. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Eyes Open Supply Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
