Refund Policy

At Eyes Open Supply Co., all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To process your request, we require:

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with the wrong item(s) or is missing an item, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, send the correct item or issue a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
